It’s been a while since I’ve done a blog post. I know – you’re all sitting on pins and needles, right? The reason I’ve been absent is because I’ve been busy on some new projects that I’d like to tell you about!
Toward the end of last year, I started working on a newspaper for the Leyden Township area in Chicago. It’s a fun and informative paper about news in the area. View the April issue of People and Places.
Getting into the holiday season, I finalized a gift card and gift card holder for Domani Salon and Spa in Watertown, Wisconsin and wrapped up another round of Premier Bride books. This time, I worked on a new book for Hampton Roads Virginia. I love doing books for warmer climates – the photos are just so pretty and always make me want to go on vacation!
Rounding out 2012 brought in a new project for 81 Main. I got to wear my photographer hat again capturing some incredible new products like candelabras, vases, and more all designed for those who put together really amazing events. The 81 Main Catalog was a great experience – I really LOVE putting together catalogs!!
That brings us to 2012! And with any new year comes my involvement with the Jefferson County Tourism Council and the 2012 Jefferson County Official Guide. It’s my 14th year working on the book - it’s a lot of work but incredibly gratifying to complete each year.
Last but not least, I worked on two other new projects one a logo for Walling Consulting Services and a brochure for Chemung Hills in Howell, Michigan.
So now you know what I’ve been up to for the last few months. As the temperature starts to go up, I’ll be getting into photography season. It’s a great way to get me outside! Hopefully I’ll keep up on my blog entries so I can show you the projects as I go! Happy Spring everyone and talk to you soon!!
